All rates are quoted subject to availability. Kettle's Country House Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions.

Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to arrival, Kettle's Country House Hotel has a strict policy of 48 hours notice. In the event of Kettle's Country House Hotel not being notified of a cancellation the cost of your stay will be automatically charged to your credit card.

Any treatment “no shows” or on the day of cancellations are charged at 100%,.No Booking Deposit is required at booking stage - Credit Card details will secure your reservation only. All rates are inclusive of the current VAT at the current rate. Should the VAT rate increase over the period, these rates will be increased by said increase.

Please email Kettle's Country House Hotel directly in order to cancel your reservation. All cancellations must be made through written notice or email. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
